Randall Wright is the founder and President of Wright & Company, Inc. (Wright). He is a qualified  Reserves Estimator as set forth in the “Standards Pertaining to the Estimating and Auditing of  Oil and Gas Reserves Information” promulgated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers. This  qualification is based on more than 48 years of practical experience in the estimation and evaluation of  petroleum reserves with Texaco, Inc., First City National Bank of Houston, Sipes, Williamson &  Associates, Inc., Williamson Petroleum Consultants, Inc., and Wright, which he founded in 1988. 

Mr. Wright has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee  Technological University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas (TBPE #43291),  granted in 1978, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and a member of the Order of the Engineer.

Kelly Lister joined Wright & Company, Inc. in 1991 providing support in office management and  assisting consultants and technical analysts with reserves and economics evaluations. Currently, she is  the Sr. Vice President – Managing Director and provides leadership, training, and counsel to Wright’s  consulting activities. She regularly interacts with financial institutions, auditors, and law firms in regard  to client evaluations.  Mrs. Lister has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee.

Adam D. Null, Vice President and Manager of Consulting Services, has been with Wright & Company, Inc. for more than seven years. In his position, he focuses on delivering reliable, consistent and accurate evaluations for all type of reports. Adam’s responsibilities include client relations, project coordination and oversight, software development and acquisition guidance, internal training, and optimization of evaluation and reporting processes. He has experience in the Marcellus, Utica, Eagle Ford, Permian Basin, SCOOP, STACK, along with various other formations in multiple basins. Adam is a graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering and is a licensed petroleum engineer in Tennessee.
