Brentwood, Tennessee, July 2023 — D. Randall Wright, Founder and President of Wright & Company, Inc., is pleased to announce the following changes to the organization.
Mrs. Kelly Lister, former Senior Vice President, has retired as a full-time employee. Effective April 1, Kelly became the Manager of Human Resources and Billing on a part-time basis. She joined the company in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant and has held offices such as Manager of Technical Service, Vice President of Client Relations, Senior Vice President, and serves on the Management Committee. Kelly was essential throughout her 32 years of dedicated and loyal service.
Two firm members will join Mr. Wright as new Management Committee members. Mr. Adam Null has been named Chief Operating Officer, and Mrs. Tonya Sweeney will become Chief Administrative Officer effective immediately.
Mr. Null is highly experienced and has proven to be a capable leader within the organization for more than eight years. Most recently, serving as Manager of Consulting Services, Adam has directed our staff of engineers and analysts by demonstrating exceptional leadership qualities and understanding of the goals and strategic future development of the firm.
Mrs. Sweeney, formerly Executive Assistant to the President, has been an integral part of the firm for more than twelve years. She has exemplary knowledge and understanding of the company’s strategic objectives, operations, and the values we uphold.
Mr. Wright, who will assume the additional title of Chief Executive Officer, welcomes Adam and Tonya to the Management Committee and looks forward to working with them to improve the firm’s services and further strengthen the organization’s continued growth and success.
Additionally, Mr. Chris Sandwith has been promoted to Petroleum Consultant. Chris joined the firm in 2022 after approximately six years of service with Halliburton Energy Services. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
