Door Prize Drawing – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This drawing is open to attendees of The Summit: Appalachia, held in Pittsburgh, PA,
who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Wright & Company, Inc. and their
immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entry is made by scanning the QR code
provided on your conference badge and completing the entry form.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning July 28, 2026, and will close around 1:00 PM ET.
One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 28, 2026, and
announced in person at The Summit: Appalachia at approximately 2:00 PM ET.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) executive travel kit including AirPods, a travel charger, digital
business cards, and a tech folio. Approximate retail value: $400. No cash alternative
or substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Wright & Company, Inc.,
which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced in person at The Summit: Appalachia on July 28, 2026, at
approximately 2:00 PM ET. If the winner is not present at the time of the announcement,
they will be notified by email using the address provided on their entry form within
two (2) business days. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within two (2)
weeks of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Use of Information

By entering, you consent to Wright & Company, Inc. collecting and using the information
provided (including name, email, company, and job title) to contact you regarding this
drawing, and for marketing and follow-up communications related to our products/services.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for
Wright & Company, Inc. to use the winner’s name, company, and likeness for promotional
purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Wright & Company, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this drawing if
fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the
drawing. Decisions of Wright & Company, Inc. are final in all matters relating to this
drawing.
